Erin Dolan, Lincoln, NE native, swam for Drury University in Springfield, Mo from 2009-2012. She is a sixteen time All-American in the distance events and led the Panthers to three women’s team national titles. Dolan is a three time individual national champion in the distance freestyle events and was a member of two 800 free relay national titles. She met the converted qualifying US Olympic Trial time in the 800 meter freestyle in 2012 and is currently holds the university records in the 1000 and the 1650 yd. freestyle.
Dolan graduated with an integrated media major in 2012 and then went on to use her fifth year of NCAA eligibly by changing sports and accepting a scholarship in cross country and track and field while completing her masters in “Leadership and Change.” In her only year as a collegiate runner Dolan qualified for the NCAA DII National championships in Cross Country, indoor and outdoor track and field. She is currently the school recorder holder in the 5k and 6k in cross country, 1 mile, 3,000 meter run, and 5,000 meter in indoor track and holds school records in the steeplechase, 5,000 meter run, and 10,000 meter run outdoor. Dolan was named the Great Lake Conference Outdoor Track Athlete of the year in 2012.
Dolan currently lives in Bentonville, AR with her husband Steve Edminister. She is coached by Alan Ley. Currently she races as part of the US National Triathlon Team and has raced all over the world. Her top triathlon performance was 4th place in July 2016 at the Tiszaujvaros World Cup in Tiszaujvaros, Hungary.
